Portal sidebar redesign & dossier improvements

  • Replaced the top navigation bar in the portal with a persistent sidebar for faster access across all sections.
  • Drug detail pages now show a two-tab layout separating overview and procurement information.
  • Marketplace filters are now inline above results — no more hidden sidebar panel.
  • Admin review page consolidated into a single tabbed view (access, review, ingest, audit).
  • Fixed: dossier status badge colors were inconsistent between the dashboard and the orders list.

  • Approval status table in admin now paginates correctly with server-side cursors.
