Haven Life Sciences Inc. ("Haven", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of qualified healthcare institutions that access the Haven portal. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Haven collects institutional contact information, portal access requests, audit events, procurement request metadata, compliance-review notes, and technical security information such as IP address, user agent, and rate-limit events. We use this information to operate the platform, review access, protect the service, and maintain compliance records.

We do not sell personal data or use institutional procurement information for consumer marketing. We may use service providers for hosting, database operations, email notification, security, analytics, and error monitoring, subject to appropriate contractual and technical controls.

Access is restricted to qualified institutional users. Users should not submit patient health information, consumer prescription information, or confidential supplier documents unless Haven has confirmed the appropriate legal, privacy, and storage controls for that use case.
