Access to the Haven is restricted to qualified institutional healthcare buyers. By accessing this platform, you represent that you are acting in an institutional capacity and are authorized by your organization to access procurement intelligence tools.

This platform does not authorize the purchase, sale, importation, or distribution of any pharmaceutical product. All procurement activity remains subject to applicable regulatory approvals, licensing requirements, and institutional review processes.

Haven Life Sciences Inc. reserves the right to revoke access at any time. Misuse of the platform, including consumer use or use for unauthorized purposes, is strictly prohibited.

Supplier listings, logistics estimates, risk scores, and landed-cost outputs may include pending-verification or non-official data unless clearly marked as sourced from an official registry. Users are responsible for independent review before relying on any information.

Users must not submit patient-specific medical information, consumer prescriptions, controlled substances requests, or transaction instructions through the MVP. All requests are draft records for compliance review only.

These interim terms are not a substitute for lawyer-reviewed commercial terms and must be finalized before production procurement operations.
